Remote Desktop Service
For instant help, we offer desktop sharing. Using a remote desktop software and an internet connection, we can find the exact problem and fix it quickly and efficiently.
Please download our IGI Quick Support file through the link on the right side, run the program and give the ID number and password to your IGI support contact. The software does not need to adjust any firewall rules. With your permission, we can then access your desktop remotely and show you the solution on your workstation.
