Components

We have designed this camera so you can design your own DigiCAM-H39 in any layout you require. You can couple the system together with any of our other camera modules.

Additional useful components that are available to customize the modular system are:

Camera

A second digital camera can also be controlled with the DigiControl computer of the complete system. This offers the possibility for simultaneous images in VIS and CIR mode. The cost for a second unit can be compensated easily by the flying time saved. Also ideal for oblique images acquisition.

DigiControl & Storage Units

The computer manages and controls the camera unit during the airborne mission.
The high resolution touch-screen display provides a comfortable graphical user interface.
Each storage unit of the DigiCAM stores 1800 images. Two units come with the system. Additional storage units can easily be added during operation..

Digital Back

The sensor offers 39 Megapixel and an images size of 7216 x 5412 pixels.

DigiCAM systems with a 22 Megapixel back can be exchanged.

Lenses

We offer high quality lenses from Hasselblad.
Lens selection: upon request different lenses are available including calibration.
We offer: 35, 50, 80, 100, 150 and 300 mm.

Mount Adapters

The optional mount adapters can be loaded with one, two and even up to four cameras. All cameras can be
controlled and monitored by one DigiControl computer. Likewise, one CCNS is enough to
trigger all cameras, and by the help of the AEROcontrol system the elements of exterior orientation can be determined for all cameras.

The adapter can be operated in the following camera mounts:

- Somag GSM3000
- Wild/Leica PAV10/20/30
- Zeiss-Jena LMK1000/SM2000
- Z/I Imaging, Intergraph T-AS.

CCNS

The CCNS is the guidance and flight management system for aerial surveys with an integrated 18-channel L1 GPS receiver and a L1/L2 CCNS GPS antenna.
The system is operated easily via its Command & Display Unit.

AEROcontrol

AEROcontrol is the solution for the precise determination of position/height and attitude of camera and e.g. of the LiteMapper.
AEROcontrol is based on differential GPS (DGPS) and an Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU-IId) consisting of fibre-optic gyros and a raw data rate of 256 Hz.

GSM3000 + Levelling

The Gyro-Stabilized Mount from Somag is a platform for stable support of aerial equipment and to compensate for the rotations (roll, pitch and yaw movements) of the airplane during photo runs.
The levelling interface from IGI feeds the mount with the most accurate data from the AEROcontrol system for highest precision.
