AEROoffice is the data handling and post-processing software for AEROcontrol. It provides all functions necessary
for handling and the evaluation of collected GPS and IMU data:
inertial navigation software including forward/backward Kalman filter coordinate transformation to the local mapping system attitude transformation to the local mapping system an integrated Aerial Triangulation Package (BINGO 30 of GIP,
for the calculation of boresight angles for small blocks) misalignment transformation (boresight transformation) lever-arm corrections for static and variable lever-arms a graphical user interface tools for handling the PC-Cards
The AEROoffice software is the necessary addition for the AEROcontrol system to precisely compute the position and attitude of the airborne sensor. This may be the projection center co-ordinates together with the omega, phi and kappa angles of an aerial camera system at the instant of exposure or the position and angles of an airborne laser scanner.
AEROoffice is delivered with the GrafNav DGPS software package of Waypoint Consulting Inc. (www.waypnt.com). Other GPS software can be used upon request.
